A warm and sunny beach.

My folks live on gate 13 in Lakewood. too bad they didn't live there when I was growning up.

Every couple of months I visit my parents. I love it in the summer. They have a pontoon boat, The grandchildren convinced my dad to put a big engine on it so they can ski behind it.

It was a wonderful place to grow up, but it's gotton so big and suburban now. My next move is to a warmer climate.

I was teaching kindergarten and I got tired of wiping runny noses. So, I decide to try the business world. So far I haven't wiped any noses (except my own).

One of my favorite places I worked was the bookstore in the old bank. I loved working with Art Shand's and Katrina Nies's moms. I think that's why I still love books, libraries and my book clubs.

I went to Northwestern University and got a degree in education. I really didn't know what I wanted to do, but it seemed like a logical thing for a woman to study in 1973.

I would like to volunteer for some kind of environmental organization part time. Then sit on the beach with a book and a marguarita the rest of the time.

I was married for 15 years, but am now happily single.

None that I know of.

After 2 years of teaching at a small private school, I decided I didn't want to be poor the rest of my life, so I began a career in office interior design.

I see Lynne Dinzole, Barb Lachenmaier, Nancy Venerable Deren and Laura McCall occasionally. we celebrated our 50th birthday's together on a trip.

I love house walks, old histpric houses and gardens are my favorites. Travel is always good.

I love Italy, but enjoy going to Sanibel Island in Florida. This year I am going with my sons for spring break. We are looking forward to the chugging and wet tee shirt contests for the mom/ son bonding times.

Greece. I like old things.

Instead of being oa socceer mom, I was a "chess mom". Now there's some exciting matches. At least you don't get horse screaming.

Nope, teachers always thought Holly was a nickmane. That's all there is.

I remember for outside gym class Lynne Dinzole and I would lay down beside the big rail road ties and hide so we didn't have to play what ever it was we were supposed to be playing. I don't think we ever got caught.

Playing basketball where you stood in a circle and couldn't move from your tiny circle in the lower girls gym. Now there was some cardio vascular exercise!

I sat next to Martin Mull at Second City many years ago. That's about it.

Shot and dressed moose in Alaska. Oh wait, that was Sara Palin.

In the end it's our friends and family that bring us true happiness.
Red wine and dark chocolate are health foods.

I want to be my cat. He had the best life going. I am a sucker for animals.

In Chicago at Swedish Covenant Hospital. I was delivered by the same doctor that delivered my mother. And if I have any more kids, I'll have him deliver them too.
My mom save the bill for my birth. It was hand written on a small paper:
"laying in, $100."
Quite a contrast to the many pages of computer generated bills I got for my kids, and the $10,000 for a normal birth.
Will it be $1,000,000 for my kids? Of course I have boys, so that won't happen I guess.

The highlight of my acting career was ina commercial for Kellogg's Frosted Mini Wheats. I ran behind a haywagon in the square in Woodstock and got a few bucks as an extra during the summer in college. It's been downhill since then.

I like to garden in the summer. But by August I'm tired of pulling weeds.
